Marinated Crab Fingers

Marinated Crab Fingers
Marinated crab fingers, my personal favorite, are simple and insanely good—a real crowd pleaser.
Prep Time 5 minutes + 1 hour to marinate
Servings 8 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package Italian dressing mix .7-ounce
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 pound crab fingers
Prep Time 5 minutes + 1 hour to marinate
Servings 8 servings
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 pound crab fingers
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except crab fingers.
  2. Toss crab fingers in mixture and marinate 1 hour, or overnight, in the refrigerator.

Terrific Tip: If you don't have balsamic vinegar, just use red wine vinegar.

Nutrition Nugget: Crabs, high in zinc, can trigger a surge in the production of sex hormones.
